Once Upon A Time
I was born and raised in Italy where I lived, studied and worked before moving to Switzerland at the age of 22. That choice was the result of a dream, an intuition, that had been guiding me for years: I wanted to move abroad, adapt, live in a country where I could speak at least one of the languages I studied.
It was the first time I was really trusting my inner game, following my intuition and instinct.
At that time, I thought my dream was to live in a pretty apartment, find a good job, work full time and earn as much to buy myself whatever I wished for. After few years, determination and dedication, I had it all.
On the surface, I really had everything my father could hope for his daughter, but deep inside I felt empty an disconnected within. I was running in circles spending hours and energy on something that was not revealing my full potential.
I was charting a course that was given by the autopilot of my past decisions until I had the courage to quit my “perfect” life and started listening to my truest self.

Becoming A Professional Coach
I started pursuing my passion for sailing and coaching without waiting for a better moment, more experience or more money, because i realized that we only have today, this present moment. I did not want to wait until retirement to complete my offshore licenses and become a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) before 2027.
